How to login to 192.168.1.254?

Follow these steps to log in to 192.168.1.254 – 

  1. Open your browser and in the address bar type: http://192.168.1.254 or 192.168.1.254.
  2. Press Enter.
  3. A login page will appear.
  4. Enter the username and password of the router’s admin panel.
  5. You will be now logged in into the admin panel of your router.

  • In case you’re not able to find or access the admin panel of your router at 192.168.1.254, it may be that the manufacturer may have configured the router to use a different IP address as the default login address. Try looking for the exact gateway address for your router and then try again.
  • If you’re connected to the network through Wi-Fi then try using an Ethernet Cable to connect to the router, as sometimes the issue appears when you’re not connected to the router using an ethernet cable.

How to login to 10.0.0.1?

To access the 10.0.0.1, you need to first make sure that the default gateway address or the default local address for your router is 10.0.0.1.  This address is mostly used by the Comcast / Xfinity for the admin panel of their routers. Once confirmed, you can follow these steps to log in to 10.0.0.1.

  1. Open a web browser.
  2. Click http://10.0.0.1/ or type 10.0.0.1 in the address bar.
  3. A login page will appear. Enter the username and password of your router’s admin panel. (Here’s default router username and password list)
  4. You will be now logged in into your router’s settings or admin panel and make the required changes.

  • If the admin panel is loading too slow/not opening then make sure your router default IP Address is 10.0.0.1. If not try other IP – 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1.
  • If you changed your username/password and forgot it, then to reset your router to default settings check the back of your router there will be a small “RESET” button, use a pin/toothpick and press the reset button for 15 secs.

192.168.1.1 is a local IP address that is used to access the admin panel. 192.168.l.l is set by routers and modem company as the default gateway to access the Admin Panel of the router from where you can change default settings of your router including LAN, WLAN, Proxy, DSL, and different settings.

How to Login to 192.168.1.1?

To login into 192.168.1.1, follow these steps:

  1. Connect to your router’s network.
  2. Open a web browser,
  3. Type http://192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.1 in the address bar.
  4. A login page will appear asking to enter the username and password.
  5. Enter the default username and password for the Admin Panel.
  6. You will be now logged in into the admin panel of your router.
  7. You can configure your router settings from there.

Forgot IP Address Username and Password?

If you have forgotten the username and/or password for 192.168.1.1 login page or don’t know the username and password then you should;

  1. If you just bought a new router and don’t know the default username and password then you should check the packaging label for username and password which is usually located next to the router’s serial number. You can also check the manual too.
  2. If you had changed the password and have forgotten it then you should perform a factory reset on your router which will reset everything to the factory settings.

How to factory reset your router?

  • Look for a small hidden button on the back of the Router. (It is usually labeled as reset)
